The Okura Tokyo has 19 banquet halls available to accommodate every occasion,
providing spaces that bring people and hearts together.
MICE is an acronym for Meeting (corporate conventions, etc.),
Incentive (rewards, invitations, award ceremonies),
Convention/Conference (international conventions and academic conventions),
and Exhibition/Event (exhibitions, presentations, and other events).
Meeting
Venues of varying sizes are available to suit the number of participants for your meeting or training session. Wi-Fi is available in all banquet halls and may be used by anyone.
Incentive
We can help with furnishings and creating productions tailored to your award ceremony, celebration, or other occasion. With French, Chinese, and Japanese cuisine, we offer diverse dining beautifully arranged to delight your guests.
Convention
A variety of facilities and venues that can accommodate large banquets are available, including our 2,000 square meter Heian Room. We provide full support for everything from simultaneous interpretation to online conference broadcasting.
Exhibition
We offer a variety of spaces cloaked in elegance and help create events that meet the host’s needs, leaving a lasting impression on guests.

The Okura Heritage Wing and The Okura Prestige Tower have a total of 508 guest rooms to accommodate everyone from groups to guests of honor.

Excursions
Experience Japanese culture at the Japanese restaurant Yamazato and the Tea Ceremony Chosho-an. Our hotel premises are also home to the Okura Museum of Art, the first private art museum in Japan. View roughly 2,500 works of art, including 3 National Treasures, 13 Important Cultural Properties, and 44 Important Works of Art.
