Okura Beef

Okura Beef is raised exclusively for The Okura Tokyo up to the age of 32 months on the Matsunaga Ranch in Masuda City, Shimane Prefecture in a rich natural environment. The meat is characterized by its smooth melting in the mouth, delicate and fine texture.
