Notice of System Maintenance Due to One Harmony Program Revision

Due to the revision of the One Harmony membership program, member services will be temporarily suspended during the following period.

■ Maintenance Period
March 23, 2026 0:00 - April 1, 2026 10:00 (scheduled) JST

* Services will resume as soon as maintenance is completed.

■ Services Unavailable During Maintenance

During the maintenance period, sign-in will be temporarily suspended.
As a result, the following services will not be available:

  • Member-rate reservations and reservation changes
  • Viewing point balances and updating account information
  • Point redemption

Points for eligible stays will continue to be credited as usual.

In addition, new membership registration will also be temporarily suspended during this period.
