To Guests Who Have Made Reservations Through Online Booking Platforms or Other Third Parties

We have recently identified cases in which certain online booking platforms appear to mediate reservations using inappropriate methods. As a result, the following issues have been reported:

  • Reservation details were not communicated to the hotel, and the room was not secured.
  • The reservation was communicated to the hotel; however, the date, room type, rate, number of guests, or other conditions differ from the reservation details held by the guest.
  • The reservation was unintentionally canceled.

When a reservation is made through a third party (such as a travel agency or an online booking platform), that third party serves as the point of contact. Therefore, the hotel is unable to confirm, amend, or cancel such reservations directly, and guests are requested to contact the original booking source.

If the reservation details provided to the guest by a third party differ from the information communicated to the hotel by third party, the information communicated to the hotel by the third party will take precedence. We appreciate your understanding.
