Starlight Premium Chestnut Cream Cake ～Modulation～
Starlight's popular Premium Mont Blanc incorporates new essences and designs to create a Mont Blanc that truly deserves the name "modulation". The "pate de marron" that covers the entire cake is made with a sumptuous paste of Japanese chestnuts. Inside, in addition to Japanese chestnut crème brûlée, chestnuts, and chantilly cream, a new raspberry jelly is added for a refreshing finish.
