Kunizukuri Kyogen Project Executive Committee

This project is a collaborative effort between Aichi Prefecture, birthplace of Kato Kiyomasa, and Kumamoto Prefecture, where he was active, to promote exchanges between the two regions via new kyogen works that incorporate civil engineering achievements. The aim of the activities is to develop towns and people through kyogen while also spreading awareness of Kiyomasa's achievements and development of the nation. Local children create performances together with kyogen masters, contributing to the continuation of traditional Japanese performing arts.
